The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) will open the next round of emergency rental assistance pre-applications on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., closing on Wednesday, February 12, at 5:00 p.m. This month, DOLA will offer two rounds, with a second pre-application window opening on Monday, February 24, at 11:00 a.m. and closing on Wednesday, February 26, at 5:00 p.m.

The Colorado Resiliency Working Group, a multi-agency committee convened by the Colorado Resiliency Office and charged with overseeing the Colorado Resiliency Framework (CRF), released the 2024 Annual Progress Report today, which presented progress made in 2024 toward implementation of the Framework’s priority strategies.
